Intro: The following electric vehicle was built by William "Bill" Warf of Pacific Electric Vehicles in 1998-99. Bill was the exclusive importer of the Danish Made three-wheeled electric "City El" and imported them into the United States. Also, Bill maintained and represented the swiss Horlocher electric vehicles in the U.S. Since then, Bill has moved to Europe, and that last I heard, working with vehicle development for VW - Audi in Germany. He was very helpful and educating as a electric vehicle builder when visited him in is shop in N. California. |
