Last weekend were the first two rounds in Hong Kong (what a lovely location!) and Mahindra has come away leading the Championship!
The M4Electro … in the hands of Nick Heidfeld and Felix Rosenqvist, took very well to the tight and twisty circuit and was blisteringly fast and energy efficient through both races. Mahindra had one win, one third place podium, one pole position, one fastest lap, all in all a good haul.
“I am particularly happy we were able to pick up from where we left last season and am genuinely pleased that we look likely to be a contender again. The level of this Championship is growing faster than expectations and it’s great we are able to maintain the pace of growth. Season 4 looks to be the most exciting year yet with many teams capable of winning.”
“Hong Kong was doubly good. We initiated a partnership with Renesas. This technical partnership will augur well as we believe we get sustained performance advantage using Renesas products in the car.”
